(October 15) Film Screening & Discussion

Watch the inspiring film EXPOSURE and help support girls and women locally and globally. This is a fundraiser for Tomorrow’s Women and Girls’ Inc. of Santa Fe.

As the Arctic polar ice cap melts, reaching the North Pole has become increasingly dangerous. Yet an expedition of ordinary women from the Arab world and the West strap on skis and haul heavy sledges toward true north, against all odds and advice.

Award-winning documentary filmmaker and Tomorrow’s Women Executive Director Holly Morris will join for a post-screening Q&A.

Together Women Rise virtual global event

TW activists, Palestinian Amal from Gaza and Jewish Israeli Ya’ara Tal, who grew up near the Gaza border, will discuss how their leadership can effect change. Amal recently launched the Sanad Initiative, helping Gazans with basic needs and emotional support and Ya’ara works for the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation bringing Jews and Arabs together through sports.

(September 30 - October 9) Senior Young Leader Speaking Tour

Two incredible alumnae, a Palestinian from East Jerusalem and a Jewish Israeli, will share their personal stories of growing up in conflict and violence and their journeys to becoming peacemakers.

This tour offers audiences in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York, and Boston the extraordinary opportunity to hear firsthand what’s happening in the region right now. With continuous reports of violence since the war began, it is more important than ever to hear the messages of hope and strength from these accomplished young women. We hope the people we reach at these events walk away informed, inspired, and empowered to be part of the change for justice, peace, and equality for all.

A Benefit for Tomorrow’s Women

Courageous young women from Israel and Palestine, alums of Tomorrow’s Women Peace Intensive in Santa Fe, will share inspiring stories of living in war and fighting for peace. Talks will be followed by a screening of the documentary Exposure, about a group of Arab and Western Women and their quest to the North Pole (with Q&A with director Holly Morris).

Tickets – $20 for adults / $10 for non-adults – includes talks, screening and reception.

(July 21) Jerusalem Youth Chorus

Tomorrow’s Women and One America Movement are excited to join the Jerusalem Youth Chorus, inspiring people to come together across religious, racial, and political divides to build trust and work together to improve their communities.

Jerusalem Youth Chorus sings a different song: they are an Israeli-Palestinian music and dialogue project featured on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert to The New York Times. JYC and Tomorrow’s Women are raising youth voices for a shared future. The musical project rejects violence, occupation, and terror—and has continued to meet throughout the war to sing out for peace, justice, inclusion, and equality.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Tomorrow’s Women. Ticket buyers are invited to join us for a pre-show reception for an additional $50.

(March 7 - 17) 'Living through war, fighting for peace' Senior Young Leader Speaking Tour

Meet two remarkable young women from Israel and Palestine as they travel together to share stories of war, collaboration, bravery, and transformation. Noga Bar Oz is an Israeli musician and conducts an orchestra for Arab and Jewish children. Lana Ikelan, a Palestinian journalist, believes in the power of words and stories to create change and justice. These young women activists are leaving their war-torn and deeply divided homeland to spread messages of hope and strength. This extraordinary opportunity will inform, inspire, and empower you to be part of the change for justice and peace.

(November 11) International Cooking Class

Join us in the kitchen for an interactive cooking class right here in Santa Fe, led by newcomer Chef Abdul Hashemi from Afghanistan. In this gastrodiplomacy class, you not only get to cook but also learn from local expert and collector/researcher Andrews Hale, who lived for many years in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

(July 26 - August 1) Young Leader Camp

Our three-week long immersion experience for Palestinian and Israeli campers begins July 26th. We can’t wait to welcome this new cohort of courageous and inspiring young women to Santa Fe!

(August 13) Open House

Come out to camp and see for yourself the incredible facilities and boundless landscape where the young women are forging new friendships and breaking barriers each day.

We invite you to a morning at camp with light refreshments, a facility tour, a camp art showcase, and Q&A with campers, Senior Young Leaders, and staff.

(August 10) Salaam~Shalom: A Celebration of Peace

Join us for an evening of eating, drinking, dancing to music…sharing, learning, and celebrating peace. Hear directly from our young leaders about life back home and their transformational experiences at camp. Everyone is welcome to this family-friendly gathering.

(August 8) A Tribute to Our Faith Partners

Please join us for a multi-faith gathering to honor what bonds us – peace and justice for all. Learn about the Tomorrow’s Women’s inspiring work with young women in Israel, Palestine and the U.S. and hear our camp alumnae share stories about their lives.

Join award-winning chalk artist Mark Wagner, of Drawing on Earth, as he leads our young leaders, peace ambassadors and the community in creating beautiful and impactful chalk art.

(March 6) Presentation at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women

The Young Leader Speaking Tour will culminate with a presentation at an NGO event parallel to the meeting of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.

Three outstanding alumnae, a Jewish Israeli, a Palestinian living in Israel, and a Palestinian from the West Bank, will share their stories and experiences as peacemakers on this important and global platform.
