WHO WE ARE
At Tomorrow's Women we know that women have the power to create lasting change.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that young women are not just the leaders of tomorrow; they're the leaders shaping our future right now. The active participation of young women across public life and peacemaking not only ensures a diverse range of voices but also paves the way for the next generation of bold leadership. Tomorrow's Women harnesses, nurtures, and unleashes the huge potential of young women. We believe this is the path of hope – and change.

OUR ROOTS
Founded in 2003 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tomorrow’s Women began as the organization “Creativity for Peace.”

Our founders, humanitarian Rachel Kaufman, artist/filmmaker Debra Sugerman, and peace activist/writer Anael Harpaz believed in the pivotal role that young women could play in transforming the Middle East conflict using empathy, compassion, and creativity as tools for transformation.

Now, 21 years into our work, our 700+ alumni continue to use their new skills and their dedication and compassion to forge a path for coexistence.
