WHAT WE DO
Our foundational programs reach and train young women across Israel, Palestine, and the U.S. so they can become leaders in their communities and
create lasting change.
Our foundational programs reach and train young women across Israel, Palestine & the United States.
Teen Leadership Program
(15-17 years)
An immersive, 6-month leadership experience where young Israeli and Palestinian women come together for transformational dialogue sessions, leadership skills-building, creative and therapeutic workshops, and compassionate listening training with peers from the "other side."
Opportunities include:

-
Professionally facilitated dialogues with peers from the “other side” of the conflict
-
Training in leadership, media, and communication
-
Art therapy and creative healing
-
Workshops on compassionate listening, authentic speaking, and diplomacy/negotiation

Applications are currently closed, but will reopen in June. However, we’re happy to hear from interested teens anytime.

Advanced Leadership Initiative
(18-29 years)
Israeli and Palestinian alumni of our Teen Leadership Program move on to more targeted programs and advanced leadership and diplomacy skills-strengthening as they enter their university years and begin careers. Whether they are sharing stories of coexistence with audiences on speaking and educational tours throughout the U.S. and abroad, designing social action projects, or leading dialogue circles with the “other side,” Tomorrow's Women alumni are galvanized changemakers with the tools, confidence, and vision to shift the landscape around them.

Opportunities in the U.S. and Middle East include:

-
Alumni Summit
-
Speaking and Educational Tours
-
Mentorship Roles in Teen Leadership Program
-
Compassionate Listening and Conflict Resolution Certifications
-
Advanced Digital Activism Training

U.S. Peace Ambassadors Program
(15-18 years )
Each spring, high school-aged young women in New Mexico receive our signature foundational training in compassionate listening, Middle East conflict narratives, peer-to-peer conflict resolution, and storytelling. Peace Ambassadors also engage with their peers in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza and the program culminates with a community project designed and led by Peace Ambassadors.

Young Israeli and Palestinian Women Reclaim Peace Project
An 18-month transformative leadership program empowering 60 Tomorrow's Women alumni in Palestine and Israel to become agents of peace in their divided communities.
Through trauma healing retreats, specialized skills training (Arabic/Hebrew language acquisition, dialogue facilitation certification, or digital media for activism), and community engagement through dialogue circles, these determined young women will develop the tools to bridge divides and create lasting change.
Originally developed with and funded by USAID, our contract was canceled in February 2025 before this program could begin. We are actively fundraising to ensure Tomorrow's Women can provide as much robust programming in 2025 as possible, including for these 60 participants. Join our fundraising campaign today.
