Kirkley Doyle
Director of Impact & Special Projects
Kirkley works closely with our Middle East and U.S.-based teams to ensure the success of our leadership, communication, and conflict resolution programs; measures the efficacy of multiple initiatives; and helps to shape our fundraising strategy. Previously, as Director of Data and Research at FreeFrom, Kirkley led a team that evaluated programs supporting the financial security of survivors of gender-based violence and conducted participatory research on economic abuse. Her professional journey also includes researching the effect of the 2014 Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone on international funding for reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health, and managing logistics for youth running programs at New York Road Runners. She holds an MS in reproductive and sexual health research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a BA in psychology from Kenyon College, and completed the Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program at Scripps College. In her spare time, you can find her competing in triathlons, chasing around her rescue pup, and knitting very slowly.
